20mm OD / 17mm ID Pipe

LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) is the type of plastic used for most irrigation pipe. It is resistant to impact, moisture and offers good chemical resistance. It is a natural partner to barbed fittings as it’s able to maintain a watertight seal around them.

This 20mm (Outside Diameter) LDPE pipe – which is nowadays not often used – is suitable for medium to heavy duty irrigation duties. It has a 17mm ID (Internal Diameter), In terms of flow, it is roughly equivalent to a 3/4 inch garden or commercial hose. Use 17mm fittings for it.
