4mm Tubing

4mm irrigation tubing (also called 4mm irrigation pipe) is made from PVC and is most commonly used to carry water from larger LDPE pipes (also called supply pipe) in to ’emitters’ – things that actually drip or spray the water out.

The tubing is compatible with 4mm barbed fittings and most micro-irrigation emitters, which usually have 4mm barbs built in.

Although 4mm tubing is a small pipe, it actually has remarkably good flow capacity, being able to achieve around 150 litres per hour, assuming good flow and pressure.
