Back Plate Elbows for MDPE Water Pipe

Back Plate Elbows (BPE’s) for MDPE pipe – also called Wall Plate Elbows – are designed to be wall-mounted and take a vertical incoming feed of water from an MDPE pipe, usually 20mm or 25mm, and then take it to a tap or valve that’s screwed in to the fitting. Most have a compression fitting on the incoming side. Some don’t – and with those you are free to choose what size fitting is to be on the inlet.

Back Plate Elbows are often used for garden taps and stand-pipes.
