If you wish to collect your tank from our premises in Bromley, please place your order over the phone.
You will be informed of the approximate date and time of delivery by telephone. You should arrange for someone to take delivery and make any necessary access and unloading arrangements.
Should delivery be attempted but not be possible due to the fault of the customer, additional charge may be incurred to effect re-delivery.
Should the tank be unsuitable or unwanted it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange the return of the tank to our Bromley site.
Tanks are provided direct from the manufacturer, should we feel the item cannot be easily resold we reserve the right to make a reasonable restocking charge.
Delivery is normally made within 10 working days, should there be any problems you will be informed by email or telephone.
As tanks are delivered separately, they will not effect the carriage on other items ordered at the same time.
